Built to provide a large carrying capacity with a slim profile.  Great for use in close country as it can remain closed up until its needed.  Shock cord around the top provides security for empty magazines but it can also be used by 2ICs to carry ammunition for redistribution during the reorg thus keeping their hands free or use it to hold items gathered during site exploitation.
